Refund & returns policy

Return requests
The existing published policy states that return requests may be made within 1–5 days. Eligibility, condition requirements, exclusions, approval steps and return-shipping responsibility must be confirmed for each product category before this policy is relied upon.
Refund timing
The existing published policy states that approved refunds are credited within 1–7 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing can affect when the credit appears.
Delivery timing
The existing published policy states that products are delivered within 1–10 days. Actual availability, location, order type and third-party logistics may affect the estimate provided at checkout or quotation.
Service work
Returns for physical products do not automatically apply to completed services, licences, custom procurement or configured equipment. The applicable written quotation or order terms control.
Request support
Contact The Keyboard with the order reference, item, delivery date and reason for the request. Do not return goods without receiving instructions.
